I have been doing only half squats so far. After seeing this video, I did full squats with 35 Kgs. 15 reps- 17 reps - 25 reps - 20 reps. It was intense for my fitness level (which is low ). I felt like I was going to throw up. I loved it :) !. Seems like full squats need a lot more energy than half squats.

and don't forget to routinely and thoroughly stretch your hip and ankle flexors and legs overall(quads, hams, calves) if you don't already do so .. this helped me immensely in being able to do atg squats
great squat .. all the way down as a true squat should be done .. I'm doing a program where my main set is 20 reps .. basically like this guy .. but I'm nowhere near this weight yet and when I'm done with the 20 rep set I am drained .. I'm bookmarking this video .. great for motivation
well .. I actually stopped .. just my laziness but I'm starting back up .. I saw immediate gains in strength .. I started off by using a weight that I could do 20 reps with .. then I added '5' lbs to the 20 rep set each subsequent workout .. it works for sure .. just beware it kicks your ass lol ..
you know i was pretty stoked with myself for getting 220 x 20 at 148lbs not that long ago. but then i watched this video, and i might weigh less, but im 28 years old and i didn't look like you when i was finished. with 25lbs and a rep less i was on the floor for the better part of 10 mins breathing like a freight train. i go low, but i doubt i was going as low as you . . . not after the 10th rep anyway.
Pretty good form.I noticed that the bar was almost pushing your neck forward in the bottom psoition. It might be better to place it 1-2 inches lower from the present position .Nevertheless , excellent effort !

good depth, but these is more endurance rarther than maximal strength its nothing compaired to doing a 1 max out at 200 say..
