flat footed, doesnt keep his hands up. pawwing during the flurry. and the wind up to the kicks is killin me. i could telegraph that from a mile away. not trying to be negative but if your gonna have people representing your school, probably should at least have the right form. i mean hes not even in a muay thai stance to be doing pad work. thats an MMA stance.
The guy hitting pads is no longer with us. However, I feel I should defend him, as I think highly of his Muay Thai. He's trained Muay Thai under Mark Dellagrotte from Sityodtong for many years, and he's currently been working with the UFC. He was hired to be Frank Mir's personal Muay Thai trainer a few months back. If you ever spent some time with this guy in the ring, I believe your mind would change. His Muay Thai is fantastic, and he's a great trainer. Korp Khun Krap (bye in Thai)
