The driver should have had a "Medical Examiners" card along with a CDL.
Being a diabetic means this is at least an annual renewal.
Someone goofed.
The last thing I want to do is sound heartless but there are reasons for the rules.
Unlike a passenger car or light truck the accidents with big trucks tend to be much more dramatic.
