The word Dalek popped into my head earlier today. I don't know why, I was messing about with my go-kart at the time, preparing for a neighborhood cruise. I doubt I have some strange subconscious association between go-karts and daleks, but i was reminded of either the rapper or villainous aliens and somehow, after karting and getting on Youtube to listen songs that aren't on my Tron OST, I became distracted by 2 hours of Lego videos at some point and ended up here. Coincidence? I think not...

Great. Only thing missing is that it goes "Obey my orders. EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE". There are free sound converters available on the net. So it is possible to do it.
