I thought the guy with the shiny black hair looked cool, even though he resembles the video game character as much as Bill O'Riley. Dark hair is thicker, than blonde hair, and because it's darker, mirrors off oils. Just a small ps...

That movie was about Chun-li; not Ryu/Ken. What drives Chun-li's story is her revenge against Bison. So its natural to have characters that have some kind of connection(storywise) included in the movie. About the different colors...just like in the video games, they chose another color! XD But yes, it sucked...and you have cute lips ;)

Totally agree with you. I mean, I know the story of SF series and chun-li plays a major part. Yes she is in the hunt of m. bison\vega and vega\balrog is her main "enemy"; and yes, charlie is very close to her (SFA3 ending). Ok, you made a film about a "secondary" character (let's say) following her story. But why doing this IF THERE'S NO RYU-CENTERED MOVIE!? Even the '90 SF movie is not about ryu.. videogame-based movie should have to be written by videogame FANS!

most of the animated street fighter films Ryu was main character, not to mention Ryu's story for "questing to become the strongest" makes him pretty cool. I think they didn't add Ryu or any of the other cool chars with flashy moves because then it would end up looking like Dragon Ball Evolution.... and well we all know how that turned out.

I just noticed that Ryu had different pronounciations in every damn continent... in Japan it's RYU as in RUE, in the States, it's RYE-EWW, and you pronounced it REE-EWW.... how confusing!!! The first Street Fighter movie is from 1994 (the Van Damme one).

And I also think this movie will suck but in the movies defense the story of this one takes place long time before the events of the game.

Bison is not a warlord yet and Ryu and Ken has nothing to do with the story at this point since they don't run into Bison after he has become a mighty General.

And there has been alot of fan fiction over the years that support alot of what is going on in this movie.

Well the whole street fighter story can be kind of crazy at times Bison has the ability to switch bodies, the body he has when he has the red cloak and hat is not his real body so if they are trying to show how Bison looked before he changed bodies .

And to be honest I dont believe that Bisons haircolor is what's gonna ruin this movie.
