OK so 1. The rollers are perfectly Sanitary, the wax inside is hot enough that bacteria do not grow on the wax and the roller itself is taken off and autoclaved between clients. 2 not everyone wears gloves, I find that wax gets stuck on them and it makes it much more difficult.

For client protection the technician should always wear gloves. Also, a roll on waxer should not be used for pubic hair removal. STD's can be spread this way.
