February 3, 1959 "The Day the Music Died". I remember Buddy Holly, "The Big Bopper" J.P. Richardson, and Ritchie Valens. So sad we lost them so young.
He died too young and that's the sad part of his life story. He would've been big had he lived but his songs will keep him the mega star he would've been in life. This such a great song and for him to be so young sang it like an adult with love experience.
