I know this has absolutely nothing to do with this video, but hey; I'm thinking about getting my labret pierced and I have a few questions. Does it hurt and do they numb it? Do you think it looks sexy? Does it leave a noticable scar? Thanks guys, please answer.
@tribetng That will just be due to the ignorance of the shows researchers, not many people get to see the inside of British courts and Cameras are banned so the only thing most Brits have to go on are American and other foreign trials' televised. So most researchers won't be wanting to sit and read or interview law court employees. They will be trying to do as little work as they can and still get paid so will turn to films and programs mainly American to get research they need. Sad but true.
@mrmojorisin291278 Your right of-coarse, at the end of the day Its only a little thing and i suppose it doesn't matter very much but i thought it was worth mentioning because its so common seriously from docs to comedy's and even dramas sometimes i think our judges must turn up for work and spend a good few minutes looking for something they know they don't use.
@tribetng Yeah your right it may only be small, but i think things should be historically correct and true to UK procedure. =0) I am always looking for mistakes on TV and films thanks for pointing it out.
how come I never heard of this programme? ITV has been hijacked by the dross that is X Factor, dancing on ice and other reality tv from Andre to Kantona!! This reminds me of murder most foul
People only seem to remember Matthew Kelly from hosting 'light entertainment' programmes. But he's actually a highly regarded 'serious' actor, with parts in Shakespeare, and other heavy-duty roles. He does a commendable job here.
I've never been a fan of this Kelly presenter but he does a great job in this I think. It's also a really well produced show......much better than your average Channel 5 murder/mystery doc.
i get so pissed off with the word `murder` `kill`. people die, we all end up dead ! assisting someone to pass on quicker is like winning the race ! people who assist the living into beating everyone to the end of their lives are champions in my view.........
@frognerbadet ok........mean you know the old era............what do u call it, jack the riper era......was talking about the clothes not the history you know. But tell me I would like to learn :) happy new year
The discovery of this documentary is both astounding and fortuitous for me. It's been 5 years since the completion of my screenplay "The Carriage House" which tells the story of a man who murdered his wife on their honeymoon, while married to six other women. This is an eerily parallel case and proof that the topic can quickly garner mass attention.
why cant we have more shows like this in the US? no we get stuck with the college kids who's friends whisper off camera so they can claim they caught an evp....ghost adventures...what a joke :(
There's a tv drama about this. Martin Kemp's in it.

Here's a fun fact English judges have never used gavels (that little hammer) not ever, so what's that at 05:38? he must have been tried in America.

why is it everytime i watch educational and serious documentaries, its always the british and not the americans making them?
sshapewa 1 year ago
@sshapewa because they are far better than the US, and more serious than the Hollywood chitty glamor.
