  • @TandMBlackwood this soup is very low in fat, very low in calories and high in protein... i say you should try it :) i don't usually use fresh chicken like this... usually i use the frozen boneless skinless breasts and use canned chicken broth. i bake the chicken for a bit in the oven and then cut it into pieces..easier than boiling and picking fresh chicken
