These are beautiful northerners dancing to the best music in the world. There is nothing unfortunate about this at all. There are plenty of examples of nonblack women dancing to Soukous from France and South America. Some Dr. Sakis videos feature white dancers. All that said the most amazing dancers come from the musical center of the world - Kinshasa/Brazzaville.  It has nothing to do with race - but skill and context.
