It's not about losing or winning, it's about technique. Those guys just went in swinging. BFD.  I watched Kordic and Witter trade face blows for like 15 seconds and it was more entertaining. At least Brash and Laraques have technique.

dude what technique does laraque have all he does is hold on to people and than wrestle them down and brashear just throws like 347657 lefts every fight. laraques so called technique is pussy and brashear throws punches which so does every other fighter so not even a technique.

and you dont have to have a technique to be good.

Both Laraques and Brash take their time and will pull the opponent off balance. They don't go in blindly and throw haymakers. Look at all the great fighters from the 70's, 80's and 90's-all of them had technique. The new guys just go in trying to throw that knockout punch. Heck even Chris Simon had the "switch hands" technique when he was with the Avs. Kordic, Probert, McSorley...they all had technique.

Orr has the potential of being one of the best fighters in the NHL. Not quite there yet but he always puts on a good show and very rarely loses a fight. Parros had his hands full and is lucky Sluggo didnt catch him with a good one or he'd end up like Fedoruk.
