i like cradle,and i like this song,but this song is deffinatly a rip off of an instrumental piece called "Orion" by a band which is a million times better,Metallica.Cradle still rox tho.

No it does not. I've looked at both tabs and learned both songs. The low note in the first three sections are a mix of open and 7th fret E string. Rise of the Pentagram just uses a palm mute of the A and D strings. While they both sort of have the same beat, they are completely different songs.
