pardon my ignorance as an american, but it sounds to me that the korean language sounds a lot like japanese, with a slight mix of french. Can anyone constructively confirm my interpretation?
phonetically Korean and Japanese are slightly similar. I wouldn't say French though... Korean has really hard and solid consonants with super syllabic structure... part of the reason it's so good for hip hop and rhyming is the syllable group system... vowels are also easy to swing in Korean to mix meanings as well
loving the vibe, so so so soulful. id love to understand what hes saying though. would it be possible for someone to translate the lyrics to me in english, really liking this guy.
wait i spoke too soon. after hearing it for second time, the lyric is weak, voice and flow is kind of awkward. the instrumental is really the only thing that stands out. maybe someone like MC Sniper would have better suited.
I actually enjoy the style of gaknakunae, his flow is very unique but it does take getting used to... lyrics aren't the best I've heard, but they're still very good.
I refuse to listen to MC Sniper after the One Sound albums... I feel like the image he tried to create in those is really terrible, and most of the instrumentals are just junk =(
hmm, underground to mainstream? dat may be a good point as long as they're truly passionate their music expression tho. I still respect whether it's under or overground anyway.
