  • bleh horrible music dance and ugli ppl

  • @habeshagirl86 shutup you ignorant bitch

  • am somali and dammm i luv my ethiopian brothers/ sisters

  • nagyon jó! Szuper!

  • What is the significance of the wild-haired man at 1:17? Is he supposed to represent a certain ethnic group or subculture?

  • spread peace and unity not division and hate!! there are no original or non original people of any country! God made us all and gave us the world equally to live in in peace!

Welayeta dance and music is very unique and beautiful, I hope to visit those regions of Ethiopia some day soon. thank you for posting this Eyohaab :)

  • these are the original people of ethiopia...somalis and habesha and tigray are mixed with jews and arab,,,,,walayta are pure cushites

  • omg i love welaytta and their history and their people and culture and everything elohim bless u guys : )

  • wat kind of tribe is this?!

    what is it called?

  • its welaytta

  • I love this song! I was born and grew up in Boloso sore the place called Areka in Wolyta and this song remind me of my childhood memories.

  • This is a beautiful culture that was severely and brutally repressed for centuries by Abyssinian backward rulers. If Welayita and others were given a chance to develop their culture, today they might compete with other prominent African music groups. Habesha colonialism has extremely worse effect for all! Compare it with the hapless and dreadful Habesha iskista! Viva Walayita!

  • i agree with you about african colonialism being the worst, but I wouldn't call eskista dreadful- if it's done by enthusiastic dancers, eskista is awsome, as is welaita.

  • Warabbo, You act like the Europeans did something for african countries. You show your askari mentality in disrespecting an African creation instead of the European ones. Ethiopia is an african creation and all that talk about oppression people comes from the empty heads of ethnic nationalists.

Your probably somali and we all know about how you guys commited genocide on each other so lets not talk about brutality.
