you dont need an e bow, or a sustainer to play the intro. i use a light flanger, with a wah pedal open, and just scrape the strings right where they come over the bridge.

ye not bad at all. I would suggest you find better guitar tho, anything but a fender would do. Fenders are good only for acoustic and soft distortions... they don't have that heavy sound you need for metal, but you probably know all that :)

I think I'm getting an Ibanez tomorrow, lol. Actually, I think this entire CD was performed on a Paul Reed Smith guitar, which are VERY nice, lol. Is that a Boss you have now? I'm not sure, but I have that Fender Stratocaster at the moment, it's pretty Shweet :P
