I was planning to see Beauty and the Beast in 3D anyway because when you think about it, it's like this was made to be in 3D: remember "Be our Guest" with all those flying and dancing plates and all the other songs where our point of view move all around the place, I can barely wait to see it! But the Tangled short movie at the beginning is a major plus! :D I also think update it to the newest technology assure me that it will still in the stores when I'll want to buy it for my children. :)

Well I love Disney! And of course I love all of the Disney classic movies, like Beauty and the Beast. I was already planning on seeing it in 3D when I heard the Tangled Ever After short was going to be part of it. No way would I pay good money to see Beauty and the Beast 3D when I already own the film on DVD, the films you see in cinemas aren't even 3D if you wanna see real 3D you need to see the short films they show at Disney World and Universal Studios or even an IMAX Cinema. I feel ripped off having to pay extra to see a film that is supposedly 3D just because most cinemas won't give you the option of being able to see it in 2D.

I went to see The Beauty and the Beast because I never got to see it in theaters when it came out originally. (you know, I wasn't born yet....) The 3D was surprisingly really cool for The Beauty and the Beast. It added a lot more detail to some of the scenes, and it made the picture look so much more clear.
Well I'm guna be 15 on march 12th and I love love beauty and the beast it my all time fav film and my little sisters birthdays on march 13th she guna be 3 and she is In love with tangled so much we share a room and half my room is yellow with a all beauty and the beast canvases and her side is purple all done up with tangled bed sheets posters and wall stickers and this is going to be PERFECT birthday treat for the both of us!! I loved B&B, own it, may go see it again on the Big Screen because, well, it's the Big Screen (I couldn't care less about their mutant 3D-ing of it). Tangled was pretty ok (though not up there with about a dozen other Disney flicks I can think of), so 5 minutes bonus at the beginning of B&B is a nice appetizer. Pixar is still the king of CG.
this would be the second time in mexico that they take beauty and the beast to the screen and I don't mind watching it again cause it's my favorite movie, and if there's a bonus of Tangled BRING IT ON!!! (and u must be blind about the 3D in the Lion King)
I'm going to go see Beauty and the Beast anyway because I missed my chance when it first came out, as I was quite young at the time. Tangled short is an Added Bonus. Also, i don't give a rats ass about 3D because you can't see the difference and I got along fine before its invention.
Also, 3D adds absolutely NOTHING to the cinematic experience with movies. It's useless, annoying, and no body can tell the difference between the 2D and 3D versions of movies anymore.
I think that Tangled had a really great story and doesn't need a sequel. I think that like a lot of other movies, Cinderella, Aladdin, and Beauty & The Beast for example, if it gets a sequel than the whole fanbase will start complaining that the original was better and the second wasn't needed. Plus, what could they base the second movie on? Rapunzel is obviously never going to be a damsel in distress and all her magic blonde hair was cut off so people wouldn't have any use for her. Any ideas?

I'm pretty annoyed with the 3D remastering. I mean, why? Its a 2D movie, it doesn't need to be in 3D. And I really wanted to see Tangled ever after, but I'm not going to pay to see Beauty and the Beast 3D, because I don't want to see it in 3d, and only get six minutes of Tangled. I think that all the past classic Disney movies have proven that they shouldn't disgrace it with a sequel. Every disney princess movie sequel didn't compare even a little bit to the original, they weren't even that enjoyable to watch. I won't be too disappointed if they never make a sequel

For those people wanting Pixar to make Tangled 2 not going to happen. Tangled was a CGI animation were as Pixar models there characters in 3D. Pixar uses Mental Ray rendering while Tangled was CGI, look it up!

I took my daughter today to it, yes all we went for was to see Rapunzel and Flynn and it was fantastic but why oh why of ALL the Disney Princess movies did they decide NOT to make a sequel?! This is the best one made to date and it was a wonderful 5 or 6 minutes and yes, then we sat threw 70 minutes of something we already saw a dn it was ok but not TANGLED.
I'm personally tired of the all the 3D, especially the releases of movies, I've had on DVD for years, and now I'm supposed to pay $13+ to watch it 3D in theaters? Very few movies are worth being seen in 3D and I'm tired them trying to pimp every movie was one.
Actually I'm glad there's no Tangled 2. A lot of times the sequel is just terrible. The short film was a good idea. if they do decide to make a Tangled 2, they'd better do a good job on it or I will be PISSED.

Wtf even though I wanna c tangled, I don't want to sit in a damn movie theater for 6 min. I for one am glad it's not a full movie -- Disney sequels are almost always terrible! When I watch them they ruin the original for me, and Tangled was absolutely incredible, so I think they need to quit while the going's good instead of trying to milk it at the risk of it being a huge disappointment.

I love both movies very much. I grew up with beauty and the beast and I wouldn't see it as such a "waste" to go watch it. On the other hand, Tanlged is also one of my favorite movies and I wish they could have made a whole other movie instead of a short. Well that's annoying. I hope they make more with this princess because I personally just found her so enjoyable. For the first time in a Disney princess movie it was actually the PRINCESS who became my favorite character. I'm curious to see whether all those years locked in a tower and learning you 'mother' was actually your kidnapper have affected her at all.

As much as I love Tangled, why would a sequel be made? The plot and conflict was summed up just fine. How could you continue the story while keeping it good at the same time? I personally don't want them to wreck this good movie with a sequel, because they never seem to take making sequels seriously.

Wow, Isn't there an imaginative mind left within Disney's top brass? Disney should quit wasting money and time on all of the re-hashes, and get on to something new. Sequels are ok if done right, but shorts just make people unhappy in the end. Disney will prob bring down Pixar in the end too. I don't know anything about making movies, but I am pretty sure that I could do a far better job picking projects than they are doing, AND make a large profit at it too.

@MedianHansen they did, and besides I love the idea of rereleasing films into the cinema. not only does it make sense for the company, but a new generation can see them how they were supposed to be seen: in the cinema. watching a film in a cinema is so much better than seeing it on even the biggest hd tv, the whole experience is just so much better. im sad that i may never see Lord of the Rings, Star Wars or Avatar on the big screen and therefore at their best

It's just a short film, hardly enough to be called a sequel. Seriously. And it's of the wedding, how cute is that! But if you don't like it, don't see it. It's that simple. I for one really think that I will go see it. B&B is a classic and with a Tangled clip in front, it'll be worth my night.

I loved B&B, own it, may go see it again on the Big Screen because, well, it's the Big Screen (I couldn't care less about their mutant 3D-ing of it). Tangled was pretty ok (though not up there with about a dozen other Disney flicks I can think of), so 5 minutes bonus at the beginning of B&B is a nice appetizer. Pixar is still the king of CG.

I'm going to go see Beauty and the Beast anyway because I missed my chance when it first came out, as I was quite young at the time. Tangled short is an Added Bonus. Also, i don't give a rats ass about 3D because you can't see the difference and I got along fine before its invention.

I think that Tangled had a really great story and doesn't need a sequel. I think that like a lot of other movies, Cinderella, Aladdin, and Beauty & The Beast for example, if it gets a sequel than the whole fanbase will start complaining that the original was better and the second wasn't needed. Plus, what could they base the second movie on? Rapunzel is obviously never going to be a damsel in distress and all her magic blonde hair was cut off so people wouldn't have any use for her. Any ideas?

I'm pretty annoyed with the 3D remastering. I mean, why? Its a 2D movie, it doesn't need to be in 3D. I think that all the past classic Disney movies have proven that they shouldn't disgrace it with a sequel. Every disney princess movie sequel didn't compare even a little bit to the original, they weren't even that enjoyable to watch. I won't be too disappointed if they never make a sequel

For those people wanting Pixar to make Tangled 2 not going to happen. Tangled was a CGI animation were as Pixar models there characters in 3D. Pixar uses Mental Ray rendering while Tangled was CGI, look it up!

I took my daughter today to it, yes all we went for was to see Rapunzel and Flynn and it was fantastic but why oh why of ALL the Disney Princess movies did they decide NOT to make a sequel?! This is the best one made to date and it was a wonderful 5 or 6 minutes and yes, then we sat threw 70 minutes of something we already saw a dn it was ok but not TANGLED.

I for one am glad it's not a full movie -- Disney sequels are almost always terrible! When I watch them they ruin the original for me, and Tangled was absolutely incredible, so I think they need to quit while the going's good instead of trying to milk it at the risk of it being a huge disappointment.

I love both movies very much. I grew up with beauty and the beast and I wouldn't see it as such a "waste" to go watch it. On the other hand, Tanlged is also one of my favorite movies and I wish they could have made a whole other movie instead of a short. @erinberica7 Because if Disney makes a sequel chances are it will be a direct-to-video release that will be horrible. Same thing happened with about all the sequels to Disney classics. As much as I love Tangled, why would a sequel be made? The plot and conflict was summed up just fine. How could you continue the story while keeping it good at the same time? I personally don't want them to wreck this good movie with a sequel, because they never seem to take making sequels seriously.

Wow, Isn't there an imaginative mind left within Disney's top brass? Disney should quit wasting money and time on all of the re-hashes, and get on to something new. Sequels are ok if done right, but shorts just make people unhappy in the end. Disney will prob bring down Pixar in the end too. I don't know anything about making movies, but I am pretty sure that I could do a far better job picking projects than they are doing, AND make a large profit at it too.

@MedianHansen they did, and besides I love the idea of rereleasing films into the cinema. not only does it make sense for the company, but a new generation can see them how they were supposed to be seen: in the cinema. watching a film in a cinema is so much better than seeing it on even the biggest hd tv, the whole experience is just so much better. im sad that i may never see Lord of the Rings, Star Wars or Avatar on the big screen and therefore at their best
