i love evita and saw the rivival in london, but i agree with you twinksutube, there was no real grit on fire or passion, was like watching cheap cabaret, hate saying that, but thats how i felt.
I absolutely hated this version of the show... It was like a semi proffesional version. The set was cheap and nasty and the performers didn't seem like they had really taken on their roles - more like they were just being themselves and happened to be singing songs from the show whilst in costume...
p.s i was refering to the uk tour, not the london rivival which was amazing!!!

Meh... The current Eva/Che are bit too "Glee" for my taste. They don't have the edge they're needed and their voices are too "cutesy."
