ok so hot toys have started to make the cape non removable and i LOVE THAT THE SUPERMAN STUNNED ME. THIS ONE WILL BE AWESOME.

Awesome figure, I can't wait to get my hands on this and The Joker. I don't know where people are getting that the ears are too big etc. it looks spot on to me. It's a miniture version of Keaton himself LOL I think I will be having the bloody face on him.

This figure has various detail flaws, actually. And I'm not sticking my nose up in the air like a stuck up douche bag when I say that. I mean it with great respect to the artists who made this prototype which I hope will all be fixed when the actual figure does come out. Let's start with the cowl in my next line. (due to comment character limit)

In the images, the cowl seems to have a very gritty texture all over it, however, in the real cowl, the only area that should be textured, is around the neck area and scallops. (i actually own a urethane copy of the real cowl.) The brow details are slightly inaccurate as well. There are no hooks around the inner brow of the real mask. It's more of a simple slope shape and not much more than that.

Next... the muscle armor....

The muscles here are too separated/defined and needs to be smoothed out a little more to look as natural as the real suit did. The pods on the belt are spread out too far to the sides of the figure. In the 89 suit, the pods are supposed to be closer to the buckle. It is in Batman Returns where his pods are spread to the sides. The belt needs to be raised up a little as well. Matte finish on the cowl and it's perfect. I hope they fix it so it looks accurate right down to the bone.

Amazing figure. I wish this & Joker didn't get released at the same time though. Still plenty of time to save i guess though. I hope OSB are going to sell this & Joker in some sort of lay away package deal together. Like what WaiMan did with Jake Sully & the Iron Man Gantry Set. Seriously Hot Toys are killing me, ha

this and the Christopher Reeves Superman are (IMO) the best figures probably ever put together....Hot Toys really outdid themselves and SMASHED the competition with those two....gettin'em both for sure

@AdmiralMoo ...true enough the Batman Begins figure is pretty sick (IMO, better than the TDK figure)....but A LOT of people will agree with me when I say Tim Burton's Batman was the best of all time...Michael Keaton was awesome.....although, Christian Bale may have SLIGHTLY been a better Bruce Wayne.

I agree with your review 100 percent buddy. I think that is the b best Batman to date. But then again I never really cared too much for Bale's Batman and his lisp. So. there you have it.
