80 miles covers over 90% of americans on an avg day. For the other americans its more economical to have an electric car with 40-80 miles depending on need and rent/loan a coop/rental car/truck for the uncommon other needs.

@waltermh111 An optional larger battery for 300 miles avg. Even under worst conditions they should have 150min miles on a full charge.
They are the company to look to for pushing the envelope at this rate.
Performance, and every 2-3 years they are supposed to come out with ever cheaper cars.
Others are coming out with electric cars though and nothing will matter as much as the first company to come out with electric car for under $30k that goes over 40miles and has correct advertising.
You know whats more upsetting about this video? Its that Americans are going to work and creating Vehicles like these or even better. The rest of the world is seriously kicking our ass.

Gulwing's are nice, but I worry that it will be two easy for the doors to be pinned shut. Lambourghini doors are the best.
