i barely get Final Fantasy Dissidia, i am a fan of FF but i want to know, whts the numbers on top of the health bar for? how come everytime a hit landed HP didnt fall, and how do u get people's HP bar to drop? If someone could answer those questions that would be great, thanks!

Ok so you have your bravery attacks and your HP attacks, that number above your HP bar it called Bravery, with bravery being your attack strength, and, to a lesser extent, your defence. When you land a bravery attack, you sap some of your opponents bravery, and if you get them down to zero, then you inflict something called "Break", which means that you also get the number inbetween the hp bars added to your bravery, and that your opponent has no bravery for a set amount of time.

Then when you land an HP attack, you deal damage equal to your bravery. basically the whole way Dissidia is meant to be played is to sap enough bravery so you can deal significant amounts of damage with one blow. Oh and when the numbers are shown in that shiny bluey-purple colour, it means that one HP attack would kill you/your opponent.
