There should be a user's manual in the box. You can't delete any shortcuts as the firmware was hardcoded. It's MTK6235 CPU. Also you cannot install or upgrade to any other OS.

so, this android interfase is more newer than the others with the iphone interfase, but,, is like if in this android interfase were less aplications than the "iphone interfase" (like facebook, ebuddy),isn't??? what do you recommend,, this interfase or the other?? or maybe can I just donwload those in this new interfase? You can install Java apps that are missing in this interface. But few people like this model so I don't sell it anymore.
