Jus Solis should be allowed for Mexican children. I am sure that some ppl have two nationalities like Panamanians who have it! Jus Sangruinis should definately be expanded and liberally allowed. Jus Solis as well should expanded and liberally allowed. I am sure it would be a small percentage of the immigrants. What is the problem? Are you that prejudice and ignorant? and fearful? fearful of what?

My evidence starts at 30:47 the explanation that natural rights cover all aliens despite that aliens are under another nation. 14th amendment does not need to be changed it simply needs to be applied. Why? Mexican & others are under similar conditions of exslave african americans. Jus Solis & Jus Sangruinis would be abolished down the road. What is wrong with including Mexicans as Americans this would simply prevent the lowering of wages. Think long term and stop thinking short term.

Yes, democracies are tyrannies when the majority vote for laws which violates the natural rights of minorities. If a republic have laws which violate the natural rights of minorities then it is mandatory that civil disobedience is observed because the unjust laws reflect the tyranny of the majority which derives from ignorance and prejudices something which the founders were against.

When left to men of power & greed, economics will always take precedence over liberty & justice for all (23:27 to 24:05). And still remains with us today when rightly paralleled to illegal Mexican immigration and Californian agriculture.
Therefore the Civil Rights Act of 1964 procures nor secures nothing for anyone. Wherefore, if the government can impose any restriction on individual liberty through licensure & permission fees, then such licenses are slavery by definition (27:50 to 28:13).
