  • That is science fiction...well in Texas anyways. I hope thoes cops act like that when caeras are not rolling.? Ya see if that was a beer thats a DWI. Its obviously safe to smoke and drive!!! respect to thoes cops! I cant wait to get out of this 3rd world state! Texas is supposed to be a republican state (less gov't) but its BS! Way too much gov control. Paul is the only true conservitive. If Obama gets re elected i bet he will leagalize :)

  • Holy shit a decent respectable officer and he was even dealing with a "minority"

  • TAKE NOTE: The smell of marajuana does NOT give probable cause for a search in CANADA

  • i wish all cops had respect

  • I need to go live in that town

  • The whole world should be as relaxed as

& much respect to the officer!

  • I wish all officers were that friendly and respectful !!!

  • wish all black people were as chill as this guy

  • It's because its Florida everybody is mad chill down there and the weed is good

  • Us stoners are not violent people. We like to smoke, eat good food, play great video games, and make love to beautiful women. Every officer of the law should take a lesson from this man. This is an example of "To Protect And Serve". That guy got protected to toke, and served some dank ass buds with the po-pos.

  • You roll that in a blunt? lmao

  • Wish more cops were like this, thank god weed has be decriminalized in my area.... Just reminds me of that 420 family guy episode "POT SMALL AMOUNT OF POT" "YOU GOING TO JAIL DIRTBAG"

  • I'm enjoying the comments. Actually, very many officers would handle this situation this way. I know I do. Had the driver tried to shove the weed under the seat, or any other similar gesture that might have made the officer think he was going for a weapon, this would have gone a whole other way right from the start. It's simple, really; be polite and as honest (unless you've got your murder victim in the trunk) as you can be with the officer , and thing should go pretty well for you.

  • he just wanted the weed so he didnt report him =P

  • yeah urm ima move this to our car :D going for a blunt

  • @PicklesIsJesus He looked at the camera and said it in such a suspicious way lol. No reason to even say it out loud, cop might of been angry the guy chewed most of it up. How's he supposed to collect evidence lol.

  • the cop tells him something like all this over a little bit of weed.. that fact is a little bit of weed can ruin your life cuz of bullshit laws. cool cop though, we need more of em

  • better then the treatment i got i got a 45 in the face and slammed on the ground for 2 blunts and i got "intent to distribute" cause i had some money i made LEGITLY and i cooperated better then he did

  • this is how cops are here but most people would have a joint lit when the cop came up to the car

  • please officer please, please officer please, please officer please.

  • please please officer please "i know, i know"

  • Is he eating his weed? Wtf this is hilarious

  • i mean wouldnt the cop go to jail or get fired orsomething for this? posseion is still illeagal right and he didnt arrest him or anything so if the other people who ar ehis bosses see it wouldnt he get in trouble?

  • man holy shit i wanna be pulled over by this due just to shake his hand

  • why not all the cops like this,, he's awosome

  • @BiGD7MI A large portion of them are, actually. It's just the constant focusing on negative situations involving police officers that result in people thinking they're all 'high strung.'

  • @MediPup Sweetheart, you don't know cop culture. My dad was a cop. I grew up around them. They all have a culture where they rely on other cops for solace while prejudging most members of the public ie femails and people of color as "suspects" 24/7. This creates a brotherhood which ultimately leads to a culture of "no snitchin", So yeah, they can be cool at times but, if they witness your getting your ass kicked for no reason by one of their own, there is "no snitchin" on their part.

  • @HappyHooker83 I, at one point, made police work a goal in my life (abandoned since, I have important people in my life that I can't leave behind and policing is dangerous work), i've been arrested before and i've been on several police ridealongs. I find the 'attitude' most people mention comes from something they do. Now, at no point did I ever say there are no crooked cops. But it depends on your location - the average officer is at worst just trying to make a living, and at best a good guy.

  • @HappyHooker83 In some areas they are obviously corrupt. But it is incredibly unfair to label the entire country's police force as rotton because of what they do in a particular city. Want to know who you should be blaming? The higher ups in the police force, not the guys who walk and drive the beat. Believe me - dig far enough down into most major police stories you hear of, the higher ups are at the root of the cause.

  • @MediPup Sweetheart, you don't get it! You were never a cop so you can't say jack about it. I know you idolize them, hence why you are approaching this issue with starry eyes rather than the realistic eyes of a veteran who has been on this Earth longer than you which is me. First off, one mistake you made is calling it is a "job". It is NOT just a job, it is a career, Just as entertainment attracts certain types, this industry, and a psychiatrist let me in on this, attracts people who are

  • @MediPup powerless and thus, hungry for power, hence why they look to get involved in this industry, Many cops come from backgrounds of emotional and physical neediness where they were rejected, faced violence and always grew up feeling powerless. Thus, that badge and that little gun - as I saw with my father and his badge - gives them a boost of self esteem and a sense of comraderie in which only other officers would understand. Now, rather than use ancedotal evidence, I will use logic.

  • @MediPup As I said before, every industry attracts a certain type of people; entertainment industry attracts creative types, engineering attracts analytical, left brained types, medical attracts those who like to help people as well as have an innate interest in biology. Those are all careers. Now, Law Enforcement, now, as someone who has been locked up, experienced brutality myself, witnessed it and grew up in a cop home, I can honestly say that MOST of these dysfunctional ppl come from

  • @MediPup homes of abuse, usually physical and maybe sexual violence. They join to acquire the power they never had due to a powerless upbringing. Now, when they join, SOME of the things they face is unlike ANYTHING other people in other fields face, which is why they have a high divorce rate. This causes them to resort to other cops for solace. This in term becomes a culture where it transitions into a tribal value system where everything that goes on is not to be reported, even when they

  • @MediPup witness their fellow officers doing the most atrocious things to people due to that "honor" code and "no snitchin policy" and that need to have a venue to express their worst fears and feelings that they feel is confined to working as a cop. Also, because that tribal value system runs so deep into the police department even with superiors which cops readily admit too, people feel encouraged NOT to speak out against fellow bad officers, which makes a hostile climate towards the people

  • @MediPup they are supposed to protect. Now, even though they didn't implement the action, as was said about those who stood by and did nothing while the Holocaust happened, they are guilty by omission of action; but not doing anything while the other cops do bad deeds. This creates and leads to an environment where atrocious behavior and horrible violence - as I experienced personally - at the hands of cops happens since, the cops won't snitch on each other and there is no outside force

  • @Medi especially people of color, have encountered and faced at the cops's hands. What we see and hear reported is only a SMALL FRACTION of the awful and evil shyte they get away with all the time! Yeah, that cop maybe nice, but you should wonder how he treats sex workers or others for what are really more code violation crimes - like the freaking Taliban's Sharia Law - who are in his custody. I guarantee his attitude is totally different. The problem is they are only accountable to themselves.

  • @HappyHooker83 I was hoping that this might be an interesting conversation, but since you already started drawing assumptions on me without knowing me at ALL, i'm not even going to do you the service of reading the rest of your messages. People who assume shit aren't worth speaking to and rarely have good opinions to share.

  • @MediPup That, right there, will inevitably lead to corruption, conflict and abuse! Use common sense, son. THINK!

  • @BiGD7MI maybe he used to go through life as a douchebag and woke up one day thinking "why the fuck do i even bother, might aswell try and see the good in people and treat em with a little kindness now and then..."
