Very good. But one has to be careful to determine if the weight is fat or muscle. If one if actively weight training they must do the extra step of skin fold measurement to make sure the weight gains are mostly muscle and not fat.
PS the cat should be have retroactive treats for all your current loyal fans!!!!
Good stuff, although I would recommend to weigh oneself every day in order to better eliminate fluctuations and get a nicer looking chart/graph. Everybody likes high polling rates, right?
