It will be interesting to see how your Institute brings to light the irony of the spirit of 1968 ("A year right out of Hell"/Lady Bird Johnson vs. a celebration of diversity). Since my high school years when I began studying this project in 1988 (the first redevelopment project), I have waited 25 years for someone of your passion and expertise to take on this venture.
