Good job on your progress! I was wondering If you have snacks in between meals and if so, what are they? I'm trying to get back on induction but I find that I don't know what to eat, so thank you for sharing your food ideas!
(Reposting) Thanks! I've been great with snacking and had no cravings whatsoever. What I've eaten in between meals (usually lunch and dinner) is usually a slice of cheese, some small mozzarella balls (they come in water), a half an avocado or some avocado and grape tomatoes. I find grape tomatoes so sweet and in season now a few cut in half with some salt or just plain are great and I'm drinking water, it really suppresses cravings and hunger. GOOD LUCK on your diet!
