Britttany is amazing. And anyone who disagreess with me is obviously jealous. She is my age and puts her heart and soul into her dance and cheerleading. its her life. just like my dancing is MY life. And pageants are one thing, but dancing is totally different. You have to practice tons more for dance than for pageants. Again i should know. I'm in pageants too. I agree. I was a pageant girl and it was a great experience. I think that many people get the wrong idea with pageants. As long as a child is not being pushed to do them, they're totally okay. Unfotunately, pageants have gotten a very bad name becaue of pageant shows. Not all pageant kids are bratty like those children. All in all, I think pageants have a very positive effect of girls. :)

Not to be sound obvious, but YOU'RE watching the video too. She's a great performer and for people who have danced, just watching an amazing dancer do what we love is appreciated. You obviously have never danced before, because if you did you would know that the outfits are "slutty" because they have to be aerodynamic. If you wear jeans and a t-shirt, you're not going to be able to move the same. That's like saying people who compete in ice skating or even bicycle racing dress up like sluts.

yes i have... and i know thats how everyone dances and wears. thats why i hate them. its all the same! all that matters is how high you can kick your leg, how many turns you can do, and how much skin ur showing. soo inappropriate for kids under 12! in their defense, i have seen some with tastful choreography and costuming, but the majority is like this. it makes me sick. thats why i don't do competitions
