Nice concept but the editing could have matched the music better. For example, save the fight scenes for the middle, rock and roll part of the song. Your editing for the ballad part of the song was mostly well-done but the combat was visually jarring seeing it with the softer music. Still, it is a nice idea for a video.

Also, this is in the style of the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean", and therefore is a simple abbreviation of the movie title.

Additionally, as much as I prefer to uphold the 'standards' of the English language, any language is in a constant state of flux and evolution.

In general the editing was good and obeyed all the rules. One thing though... the music has a structure of its own and the editing did not match it all-- you got too stuck in word-painting (e.g. showing a prison break on "I got to be free" or showing a shore when he sang "shore"). The video should conceptually be divided into sections the same way the music is, so when a musical transition happens, you are also transitioning scenery. Aside from that, very good!

You had some really well timed cuts. The first climax says "angels appeared above my head" Good build with the fights, and a great sequence with Jack falling over the cliff, but you downplayed that good work by going to less exciting footage of them dancing around the fire, etc. Keep that climax up. Don't take lyrics too literally. If it says gathering you don't have to show a group of people. The few times you did that, it deviated from the rest. Don't compromise the story. Good job.

Styx was a perfect example or raw ability being performed on stage without the use of samples and pre mixed audio like so many artist use today.They represent the day when musicians made the music and rock had arrangements similar to the way classical was written along with not having the rules and regulations that are so laid upon todays commercial music..Just giving my opinion as well.
