they are talking in an ancient dialect unkown to Earth kind. I believe these are some kind of alien hybrid children thingys, possibly Mexican. What you are witnessing in this video is them taking a great interest in our technology, in this case it happens to be the Eee PC.What they plan to do with it God only knows, but I for one am truly worried by their intentions.
