That "No Human is Illegal" line is bullshit... Illegal immigration is very similar to trespassing. All it means is that you're somewhere where you're not supposed to be. Border protection is one of the most primitive rights and obligations of any country, especially one governed by the rule of law. Besides, what incentive does any government have to produce sound policies if it only means that there will be a damaging, temporary influx of people coming to enjoy the benefits?

I love how one likes to confuse illegal immigration with legal immigration. For 'educated' people, why is it so difficult to make that distinction. There's legal and there's illegal.
