Actually, Gary Payton is one of the Iron Men of the League, having missed very few games in his career and we are talking about HUGE minutes amount. He has been a Defensive Player of the Year (2 times) which is extremely difficult for a guard and Rondo will need lots of work to have a Gary Payton numbers and presense year, if he ever will, that is.
