.I'm 17 years old from Israel, this video was just a moment of pure magic, I was singing along to it and all of the memories came up so fast. amazing. thank you.
It's impossible for me to express how much I like your covers. It would give me such happiness if I had the willpower to learn to play like you. I took some lessons on the classical guitar. Maybe if I had heard you play this I would have been inspired to stick with it. I am so jealous of what you must be feeling as you play such music. Namaste.
Very nice arrangement. I'm about your age and have played for years, but I took a different direction in my style, yet this music always gives me encouragement from what could have been.
well said rider500. I too am 53 and in love with this song and this ma's brilliant talent. I learned the first few phrases on the piano and then it just got to hard to do by ear after that so I am all the more amased by this rendition. Ihave been singing to Troublecliff for about two years amd lvoe everthing he has ever done. Brilliant.
I have never seen an original from you though. You must have something to share with your fans. Please post something.
great!! I think this puts stairway to heaven to rest- as technically difficult to play. unfortunately, this isn't heard in guitar stores by would-be buyers. ;-)
At 53 yrs old, I stil go back to this, perhaps my favorite song of all time. I still get caught up in the art of decision and consequence, the sheer poetry of it, and the fact that Tony banks used somewhat of a sonata allegro format to paint the picture. You did better than excellent putting this to guitar. God Bless...
All I can say is "WOW"!!! This song has haunted me since I heard it the first time. Hearing you and this amazing acoustic version of it blew me away. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for posting this.
Having just p****d all over another "Man Man Moon" cover on Youtube, I'm absolutely swooning over this. The playing is not just technically awesome, it's emotionally rich and really adds something to what is already a great tune.
Perfect! One of the greates pop ballads ever written. Sure it isn't widely known. In this world of artistic mediocrtity what do we expect? No problem we are here listening to this. Anyone who is here watching/listening this vid: there are still many people pout there who appreciate real and excellent music. Am I selling Troubleclef? Nope. The same goes for, say, Jelani Eddington, a virtuoso organist who is specialized in theatre organs. Anything but the crap they feed us! Thanks.

Hahaha, I love the guys from Porto, Portugal. Great sense of humor and fantastic musicians up there. They just need to work a little on their spelling: it's: "excelente". But what the heck, I'm just bloody nitpicking (and it was probably just a stupid typo anyway) . People from the beautiful city of Porto are really great. Love 'em.

Unbelievable !!! YOU ARE GREAT !!! Have you ever heard of Tommy Emmanuel, the great Australian guitar player? you remind me of him !! And the GENESIS Classics Like this tune, UNREAL !! Keep it up Brosky !!!
Captures the sadness in the original piece perfectly.. makes me wish Hackett had played an acoustic guitar into along these lines on the album. You are an excellent musician. And I should know, my girlfriend is a classical guitarist! ;)
