With private health insurance the potential insurance customer VOLUNTARILY reviews all the plans from the competing insurance companies and VOLUNTARILY chooses the plan he/she likes best considering the costs, premiums, etc. If he or she does not see something they like, they can always forgo insurance all together and just save money for the future.
