what news? i knew that per loves the beatles, but i don't know anything about something big, bad news! what is this song about? i've read all the comments but i still don't understand:/ could somebody tell me, im really interested!:)
He (PG) mentined the word "devastated" as the feeling with the bad news, and i think this songs is one the best ever PG songs, well i guess that feeling could bring down on us when Roxette comes to an end, I don't took the "Rox Box" as an end not yet
Yup, I agree... But we can kinda prepare ourselves for that end... we all know it's comming... But we'll always be fans, I guess our feelings won't change and I sure hope we will continue to be inspired by them :)
Great video, DennyRox: yes, it seems you Never Quite Got Over The Fact That Roxette Broke Up. I got it after One Wish release. I understood that Per's new projects (Son of a Plumber, for example) can be more interesting than the come-back of Roxette. IMHO, listening to the marvelous old Rox songs can be better than another "One wish".
Well you can kinda see in my video what I think Per was sensing lol... I would really like to know what (who) this song is about! And I've been listening to it all the time, since I got my hands on SOAP... My favorite Gessle song. :)
The title explains what its about.The rest is where and what he was doing when he heard the news....he is/was a Huge beatles fan...he actually is obsessed with anything Lennon.Recorded a few tracks at Abbey Road in the middle of a tour in '95 also check his sunnies on the MTV unplugged gig.Dont think Marie should be in this clip,though....its Helena!
Oh I know about Per and the Beatles. But I think this is a love song, about someone... and even thought it's very unlikely it was about Marie, I like to at least pretend it might have been cause they always had a great chemistry. I'm just a shipper by nature and I like to notice such things even if they don't exist - it can be inspiring as you can see. ;) (And haha you should see what shippers can come up with when it comes to Per's lyrics and songs... :P) I hope you at least like the video. :)
Now I can't stop listening to this tune! It's so relaxing and it makes your imagination kick in quite a bit.. Trying to sense what Per was sensing and visualizing when he wrote this splendid tune...ah, it's somewhat hard to describe but, it's definitely groovy!

Gorgeous song with great clips... Ahhh, anything to do with the greatest band (The Beatles) by another great band, you did an Awesome job with the clips.. My friend "Bevi" has some great clips as well when you get a chance, check them out... DennyRox, "again", very creative...but, "i never quite got over the fact that America doesn't play Roxette"
