  • is that a remote hi-hat on the right? if so what stand have you got?

  • The last fill would sound better if it was 2 bars long instead of one

  • What brand are those cymbals?

  • @ovindedoris paiste, not sure what line i think 2002 or whatever it is.

  • @ovindedoris Paiste Signatures.

  • Im a subscriber for a long-long time, but NEVER before i practised any of your excersises cause im too lazy

  • @sukablianah2 then why did u subscribe? go be a couch potato! haha xD

  • @sukablianah2 How about you practice your spelling instead.

  • @MrSkinspanker Dude i spell in my native language perfectly, but my english kinda sucks

  • @JOLLYJOEY101 I don't drum, but I write for drums. Honestly, you won't see 7/4 fills because the song will usually take a time change for a fill, so you're really just taking out 1 eighth note if an eighth is consistent. Changing it to 7/4 would change the time or make it longer. 220 is really 110 bpm if the main tempo is per quarter.

  • what sticks you use jared?

  • love this guys voice xD

  • Hey Jared what can you say abou Speed Cobras you got there? :DDD

  • @Kathgor thanks for the advise. I will definitely take these lessons slower at first. \m/

  • from behind you look like brann dailor hahah

  • wasn't there suppose to be a live show on may 30th as well? was there one because u didn't anonce it on Facebook if there was. I was hoping to find it in the archives, but im starting to think there wasnt a show, but if there was sry to sound like a jerk im sure editing that kind of stuff can be alot of work and can take some time. thinks for all the video's Jared and the drum lessons crew!

  • What exactly does it mean for a fill/groove to be linear?

  • Jared- another great vid, especially the sound mix from your kit. Just wondering if I could use my double pedal with these fills or would that screw it up? Also, in regards to your bloopers, "once is a mistake, twice is prog." :)

  • @MightymanofGod21 Of course you can use your double pedals for these, especially on 220 it will be much more relaxed going right-left instead of two right foot hits. Jared can do those because he's very good with double strokes on one foot (see the double BD technique video). You should still practice that on slower speeds so you don't mess up the precision of the two seperate kicks.

  • are those speed cobras you're using?

  • @ARTIFICIALillusion yes he has been using them for quite a long time
