Ich fahre ab und an auch einen Fox und ich muss sagen, dass ich bei 170km/h laut Tacho Angst haben muss, dass sich der Schuhkarton nicht gleich bei der nächsten Windböe um 180° auf's Dach schmeißt das war ne ziemlich hohle Aktion bei dem geringen Radstand + Reifenbreite.

bmw lies too. the same is with audi: 1.8 t very slow, 2.0t kind of the same accelerattion of my qashqai2.0 l 2 wd mt ,max speed i did not try. 2.4 v 6 slow slow car ,i cant compare with mine. 2.8 v6 kind of the same of the 2.0 turbo. i think all depends from transmision at means 30% less performance from same engine. actually bmw does not difference the performance between at and mt. they should ! the mt cars are much much faster than at. people needs to know how drastically slower at is.
now i have got a qashqai 2.0 petrol 2 wd mt: the house sayd will max speed 195(tachimeter 196) my friend has a passat 1.8 t cant stay not even close to my speed but is car say 220 . i calculate that to reach 100 my car need 9 second, more or les what the house says:vw says 8.5 for the passat but why my car it's much faster any way ? are the germans liers? i think so : in the 1989 i had a gti 1.8. max speed 230 but when i was racing i was alway the loser.
tachimeters are a little funny on volkswagens :let me tall you a story guys: i had a vw polo 1.6 l 105 bhp for two yers: max speed (tachimeter)225kmh 0 to 100 was like 7.8 seconds . one day my brother after try my car told me these: with my honda fit 1.3 i will be faster then these polo !we tryed ,these is the result: untill 150 i was one or two meters ahead than he take over untill what he said max speed (is speddometer indicate 190kmh) when he was 30 or 40 meters ahead. my car sayd 215kmh.
