Plus, the beniefit of Mewtows actual attacks being faster and his dodges covering a greater distance make him better in my opinion. They'ye pretty much completely different characters, the only similarity between the 2 is the neutral B(which is still pretty different). Also, if you haven't noticed Lucario besides having a prtagonistic role in a pokemon movie, has been clearly one of the most liked pokemon. If you go to the Battle Tower Wifi, you're almost assured to see Lucario once in those 21 pokemon you face. Nay, you'll probably find him twice or more. Nintendo was making a lot of people happy by putting him in brawl. He defintly deserved this.
