You can just pick the lock and go in stealth and when your stealth runs out they wont be your enemies

I have ammo scrounger and in those 2 alien blaster ammo boxes. i got 45 and 50 or 60 ammo instead of 9 or 10.

ranger combat armor and 3 dogs head wrap and lucky shades. . thats 2 more luck. higher chance for critical hit.
