She's not lip-syncing you can tell in the parts where she doesn't sing the chorus. I do think the recorded backing vocals are played too loud and it drown her voice in the chorus, which gives the impression that she's not really singing.

I really like Leona because you can tell that her voice isn't being enanced by those recording machines as many artists voices are. When so many other artists, like Miley Cyrus, perform live, their voice is often bad and scratchy because their voice has been fixed. If you think she is lip synching...she must have either made a couple of weaker versions and chose one for this performance cos it is different from the album version...check out the video link of the album version on the right...besides there were a couple of flaws in this performance...check out 3.25 or so...when she does the 'mm..mmm' sounds funny and also at around 3.54 when her voices gives a little on the high note...

she's not lipping you idiot thats just her layered vocals being played alongside her live vocals in order to create the effect thats on the studio version. She doesnt have 5 voice boxes and so she cant create that effect with just her live vocals..ALL artists do this, you see it on AI all the time and its a live singing competition
