dude i spend so much time reading the long winded text of these bills. i wish more people took the time. so are you telling me that obama's military commissions tribunals will be so fundamentally different from bush's that they will fall within the legal parameters of our nations justice system? what i mean is; will these people be held without charge? will they have a day in court? and i'm not talking about 8 years after being detained. a politician either respects the constitution or doesnt.
