I honestly think Umbreon's better, but when you evolve Eevee into Umbreon you do it the same way with Espeon. You just get a moon stone. Umbreon is so cute!

Espeon and Umbreon are both good, If you want a defensive pokemon then umbreon will do good, the bad is that umbreon can do little damage and espeon, while a much better attacker, cant take much hits.

i had a lot of lvl70 pokemon in this game and Gardevoir was the main powerhouse in my ream and so was my Dragonite. My tournerment team i used for tournys were(all lvl 70):-

Gardevoir- Phsycic,hypnosis,future site,calm mind

magneton- thunerbolt,metal sound,thunder,tri attack

Houndoom- flamethrower (rest of the moves i fogot)

Salamence- flamethrower,dragon claw,dragonbreath hyper beam.

Scizor-(fogot the moves)

Vaporeon- water gun,ice beam.

I recorded them 'cause my PC has two composite video inputs (red, white, yellow plus an s-video each) so I have my Gamecube hooked directly to my PC, and I use Windows Movie Maker to record them to .wmv format. Then its just a matter of uploading and there you have it.
