  • your upper body is insanely stable during this. I have never seen anyone so rock solid while doing anything near this level.

  • Damn, insane strength and flexibility. It's hard to see though, are you actually pointing your feet as you press from V to hand stand? Everyone I see do this either has flat hands but flexes their feet, or they have pointed feet but they're on the ridge of their hand. It's incredibly impressive either way, but I've yet to see someone do it flat handed with feet pointed. I'm just curious to know for sure how you're doing it.

  • Very impressive! I really need to work on my v-sits. My legs are long for my torso, but I can see how the knees to chest before pike through might help. I learn from you as usual.

  • You can also practice, instead of tucked, straddle your legs as wide as possible and focus on lifting your hips as high as you can. That's a good strength builder, once you can get your hips up higher, it will make it easier to get the V and eventually the Manna.
