@marioroxmysox I like both voice actors but I'll go with Billy West. He voiced Doug Funnie and, on occasions, voiced Shaggy and Scooby-Doo in some movies. Then again, I could be wrong.
I heard this was seen on WB television specials of the era, various video releases, and on "The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show". I also saw this on "Fifty Years of Bugs Bunny in 3 1/2 Minutes" on my Looney Tunes Golden Collection vol. 4 DVD set.
You can't because WB would not like this whole special being put up on YouTube. I have the CD featuring song from "Merrie Melodies" and "Looney Tunes" entitled "That's All Folks!", a 2-CD set with songs from the WB cartoons. I will not be putting these songs up on one of my channels, because WB will not like it at all.
So this was 1990 - the only reason I know that was because my dad took me and my brother to our local video store to have our picture taken with "Bugs Bunny" for his 50th b-day - I still have the picture - we were 7 years old - it was in August 1990.
I KNOW who Billy West is!! He voiced Bugs Bunny on the movie "Space Jam" in 1996! He even played the voice of Doug Funnie on Nickelodeon's "Doug" AND he was the announcer on the show "Screen Gems Network" FYI!! And you're still WRONG!! Bugs was born in 1940. In 1938, he had no name, he was JUST a prototype!! So that's it! He's turning 70, not 73 or 72, end of discussion!!
@ShaDeed329 That's true! Bugs is currently 70 years old. If people thin he was born in 1937 or 1938, look at the designs and listen to the voices. Plus, the series for the cartoons were different for the prototype's debut and Bugs' debut. I did the math, you did the math and THEY should do the math.
Wasn't this on The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show at some point?

That looked so painted and that was animated completely. How long did that take?

I think Joe Alaskey's Bugs Bunny is WAY better then Billy West's Bugs.

Do your math. He was born in 1940.
ShaDeed329 2 years ago
1937. Haven't you seen "Porky's Hare Hunt"?
KentuckyFriedGunman 2 years ago
WRONG!! 1940!! That was a prototype!!
ShaDeed329 2 years ago
Friz, Chuck, and Mel say he was created in 1937.
KentuckyFriedGunman 2 years ago
That's the prototype Bugs Bunny!! That doesn't count!! "A Wild Hare" was Bugs' debut in 1940!!!
ShaDeed329 2 years ago
You have no idea what you're talking about, do you?
KentuckyFriedGunman 2 years ago
I DO know what I'm talking about, thank you! And you need to look up Bugs Bunny on Wikipedia!!
ShaDeed329 2 years ago
And you need to stop relying on public databases that anyone can edit!
I got my source directly from an interview of Mel Blanc, Chuck Jones, and Friz Freleng.
KentuckyFriedGunman 2 years ago
I got my sources BEFORE I joined Wikipedia!! Watch when you find out what's Bugs' REAL age is!!
Prototype Bugs Bunny:1938-1940
REAL Bugs Bunny "What's Up Doc?": 1940-Present.
Bugs is turning 70, NOT 73!!
