  • @dietmomo77 Hey there! I feel it too! I doubt those diet plans before, but now that I found the best diet program for me I could never ask for more! My sister and I tried the plans on the site WeightLossAction.Info and we lose weight in a couple of weeks! We were so amazed and happy in the result.

  • Interval training is something you can use when your short on time. Otherwise it's generally more effective to just jog for more than 10 minutes. The purpose of cardio is to use up the sugar floating around your body so that the fat in your belly starts breaking down to replace the used up sugar. If combine this with the same eating patterns that bodybuilders use it can increase the fat burning effect like crazy. Just google "your fit assist maniac" cuz it explains one of those techniques

  • hi craig...is it ok to do a 3-4 sets of burpees or dumbbell swings after my weight lifting workout. I'm lifting once or twice per week(whole body workout with compoud movements-3 sets per exercise, 6-8 reps). On my non lifting days I'm doin' every second or third day 5-6 sets of burpees at home like my interval workout. My goal is to gain muslcle mass(or preserve my gains from before) and burn fat. thanks in advance :)

    Im a 200 pound inactive 16 year old and my entire life was wasted doing nothing

    I never excersiced but here it goes

    If i workout and burn 600 calories a day on a 2000 calorie a day diet what results can i expect.. When?

  • @maxceedo doesnt matter..as long as you eat clean you will get results within 6months

  • @maxceedo To go from an inactive person to burning 600 calories a day is pretty intense. Try and change your diet before you go and kill yourself with exercise, and drink lots of water.

  • My exercise routine: Buy a case of beer, carry it to the car, drive home, carry beer from car to fride/esky (aka cooler) load beer into it.

    Starting with either left or right arm, drink 12 beers without swapping, then for the remaining 12 use other arm.

    Results you can see in a week or so, done every 2 or 3 days!

  • Just run for 5 km per day and do 3 sets of push-ups and sit-sup. Keep that up for 6 months and the fat will be burnt off.

    You really need to work to burn fat not just a few exercises a week.

  • im not a professional, im basing my answer on past experience and from what i hear from coaches and friends, but the best way to burn fat is intense cardio (running) with high reps of low weight training(this tones you down whereas heavy weights with low sets bulk you up) (this is the idea of fast vs slow twitch muscles). summary: challenging cardio, (jogging) and high reps low weights. ps. im not a professional or a pro athlete, i just enjoy excercise. pce

  • you still believe that gym myth bullshit? the best way to burn fat off is short intense cardio sessions with heavy lifting. why? because when you burn fat you might lose muscle mass at the same time so to counter this problem you lift heavy weights

  • Check out Craig's website and he'll tell you, in no uncertain terms, that long cardio is a waste of time. There's a ton of research to back this up. I suggest you read his report(s).

  • Craig, your information was helpful, but the video was excruciating to watch! It paused to reload in the middle of every sentence. How can your video to run without 6 or 7 pauses in 2 mintues???

  • While I don't work for Craig, it's most likely not the video but a handful of other issues. Depends on your type of connection (DSL, Cable, T1, etc), background applications (Word, Java, games) or even the amount of RAM that you have on board. A sure fire fix would be to empty out your temporary internet files and reboot if your videos are stopping and starting so that the temporary memory used by your OS is cleared.
