@HEADSTOCK7 The guy forgot to latch his coupler onto the truck ball and didn't put on the saftey chains. The boat had some water in it from the night before and when he went to back down the ramp all the water ran to the stern. This shift in weight lifted the coupler off the ball disconnecting the trailer from the truck. Boat and trailer took off down the ramp and into the ICW with a hard ebb tide. Hope this explains it. Next vid. is me towing him in.
@crabmanfl oh, thanks man,, that explains a lot. i have never seen anybody even un-hook the chains or let alone the trailer off the hook.... i certainly don't prcatice that. and i keep the plug in at all times, hardly even i have to use the bildge..... thank you for your reply
