Yep. Badly trained, ignorant-in-the-law call centre staff just don't cut it anymore, and neither do 'legal' letters littered with bad grammar.
More and more people are becoming aware of what rights they've got, and the DCAs are finding this out to their cost - good! It's an industry that should have had a pillow over its head long ago.
