In Mario Parties 1 & 2 Luigi had the same voice he used in the japanese version of Mario Kart 64. This voice would later be used in Mario Kart: Super Circuit.

Personally, I liked Mario's voice in the N64 games better than his modern day voice. But hey, I will always love Mario and Luigi.

You do know that in Super Smash Bros., Luigi's voice is Mario's voice in high pitched sound. In Mario Kart 64, his voice is mild pitched, and I think from then on in the whole Mario series, his voice has been like that. Kind of funny that in Mario Party, he does sound like Mickey Mouse, which is kind of weird.

Wait... Peach failed at the Ground Pound minigame? That is probably the first time I've seen a computer player not alternating between correct and wrong stakes...

But yes, the computer player can fail. It really depends on the formation of the stakes though since it is pretty random for the most part. You also have to hope that the last smooth stake is on the other side of the course from the last spike one they pound.

Mario has always had the same voice. The limitations of the N64 make him sound a bit different, though. Also Luigi sounds... er... I'd rather not say it. His "winning" dance is also a little creepy... O_O

And my dad is such an idiot who won't fix it because he thinks its my problem even though I don't freaking live here anymore...
