idk, Mikuru seems a bit... different from her actual character...

and i could swear i've seen that other character somewhere... sakura k? hmm...

maybe the creator of this Mikuru should use some sprites from the nagato yuki character. just change the hair color, size, and the outfit a bit. maybe use some of the existing Mikuru sprites used for yuki.

its a game from japan and they take different characters from different animes and make them beat the crap out of each other. thats all i know so i might leave some things out.
