it would be very difficult even for someone who is in shape to become as fit as xin or philip or any emc monkey

if youre too overweight,and too old,theres not much hope you can ever become like these guys.they have practicing for many years since they were younger

No but the camp only has thirty spots to fill... and all proceeds will be used to fund our youth martial arts team quest to compete in China's Traditional Martial Arts Festival traditionally held every two years... this year to be held at Wudang Mountain.
