I really like this because Tony shows his workouts can be modified help really big people. A lot of his people his size will think p90x is not for them because of the intensity, etc. btw, does shakeology really work to help lose weight? I'm thinking of trying it but is their any side effects? Says it produces regularity. I'm already regular. I don't wanna keep running to the bathroom if you know what I mean?
@webmasterd p90x's lowest level on the videos is higher than most of the average gym goers fitness level. in no way is it for really fat people and it even says that on the forms when you buy it. this is for moderately to very in shape people already wanting to take their looks to the next level.
@MrRanger1987 Agree on the intensity level but my point was that Tony shows how you can modify a lot of his routine that he does in P90x for people his size. Example, how he did standing pushups compared to on the floor. As he says.. it all about moving the body. As he loses weight and gets stronger (as we all do sticking to a program) his intensity will increase. He just needs to continue to "bring it." =)
@MrRanger1987 would you say 301 lbs is considered a really fat person? that was my weight before i started p90x back in feb 15 , currently im at 250 lbs , almost done with my 2nd round , at the begining i didnt past the fit test , but i did modify a lot , i took a lot of breaks , and now im still doing it , getting stronger , so to people that think p90x is not for really fat people youre wrong (just look at me) is not easy but is not imposible , bring it.
Shakeology does taste great, but its really expensive

@HQBleachEpisodes The accrued price for having fast food and eating out several times a week would make the upfront cost for Shakeology look cheap.
